Picked a variety of peppers and tomatoes from the UCC garden plots that Kasey and Janice started. Spent a good part of this afternoon making salsa, including onion, parsley, squash, kale, garlic, some lime juice in addition to the many peppers and tomatoes. Could be a wild night.
Nothing like fresh salsa & crunchy tortilla chips & a cold beverage on this hot summer days.
