Pork and Bean Swill
Came up with this one after following a menu from Hello Fresh with some changes:
Ground Pork
Can of Black Beans
Onion
Can of Green Enchilada Sauce
Rice
All the above mixed together and served on a Tortilla topped with lettuce.
Sounds delicious, Mike! Why does it remind me of a squid pizza I had once in Japan?
